Tianqi ribbon mixers, also known as ribbon blenders, are designed for efficient and uniform batch mixing of powders and granules. The horizontal U-shaped trough and double- or triple-layer ribbon agitator move materials in opposing directions, promoting continuous circulation and consistent blending.
Depending on material characteristics and processing requirements, the mixer can be configured with different ribbon geometries, optional scrapers, and heating or drying jackets. These options allow the equipment to be tailored to different industrial applications.
